No account is required, so there is no account closure process. Export important whiteboards before clearing data.

Clear learning records
In App settings, open Data and Deletion, choose to clear learning records and confirm. This removes completion markers, drafts, hint and review evidence, onboarding, saved solutions and step records. There is no cloud recovery.
Manage whiteboards
Use the whiteboard menu to manage, rename and export a work. A work moved to trash can be restored; trash does not expire automatically. Confirming Clear all whiteboards removes the current draft, saved works and trash.
Backup and restore
A single-work JSON contains its construction, auxiliary-line settings, grid, name and viewport, and can be imported as a new work. It excludes other works, trash and learning history. SVG and PNG are images, not editable backups.
Uninstalling and browser data
Uninstalling or clearing application data deletes local records. Web-version saves belong to the browser. Clearing an entire site may affect other pages on the same domain, so prefer the App’s scoped clearing controls. Exported files and external backups must be removed separately.
Website and email
This website has no account or personal drawing database, and no button that pretends to delete App data remotely. To request deletion of a support email, contact calminsight@hotmail.com with its date or subject. Do not send passwords or identity documents.
