Records on your device
Completion, hint history, expressions, daily challenges and language/theme preferences stay on your device. Android also keeps a recovery snapshot. Bank and directory requests do not upload these records or installed-app lists. This version has no accounts, ads, payments, chat or third-party analytics SDK.
Network and email
The question bank, directory and website are hosted on Tencent Cloud in Beijing. Security logs for this app’s website paths contain time, IP, method, path without query parameters, status, response size and duration. They are kept for at least six calendar months and expired archives are removed daily. We do not log request bodies, query parameters, cookies or tokens. Ordinary diagnostics retain only time, severity and error category for seven days, without raw requests; legally required security records are excluded from this shorter period. Email shares your address and submitted content with us and Microsoft. Our working copies are deleted 90 days after resolution; our own email backups may remain for up to 30 additional days. Open cases are reviewed periodically; legal holds and unresolved disputes are handled separately with restricted use. Cloud-provider and Microsoft logs and backup retention/deletion remain unverified; immediate complete deletion by those providers is not promised. Do not send passwords, children’s identity details or unrelated sensitive information.
Backups and permissions
Records remain until app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled; system backups may retain or restore them. Android uses internet and network-state permissions, not camera, microphone, contacts or precise location. Intended for ages 4+, with a guardian’s help where needed. Sharing contains only product text and the official URL.
Your requests
Local deletion does not delete server logs or email. You or a guardian can request privacy information, access or deletion using the email below. We explain any limits due to legal retention or unresolved disputes and restrict storage to what is necessary. This notice is updated when practices change.
